HUKUNCIN YIN WALIMAR SAUKAR AL-QUR'ANI ! !
Tambaya :
Slm. malam ko akwai nassi da yake nuni akan halarcin yin walimar saukar alqur,ani.??
Amsa :
To dan'uwa malamai suna cewa : Yin walimar saukar Alqur'ani ta kasu kashi biyu:
1. Wanda ya sauke Alquir'ani ya yi walima saboda godiya ga Allah, wannan kam ya halatta, saboda nassoshin da suka zo wadanda suke kwadaitarwa akan godewa Allah akan ni'imominsa .
2. Yin walimar saboda riya cewa ibada ce mai zaman kanta, wannan kam bidi'a ne tun da ba'a samu Annabi s.a.w. da sahabbansa sun yi ba, don haka yana da kyau wanda ya yi walima ya bayyanawa mutane cewa ya yi ne don godewa Allah, ba wai don kasancewar hakan ibada ce mai zaman kanta ba.
Amma abin da aka rawaito cewa : Umar RA ya yanka rakumi bayan ya gama haddace & kiyaye suratul-bakara, to wasu malaman hadisin sun raunana shi kamar Ibnu-kathir A Musnadul-farouk 2\571, saboda a cikin sanadinsa akwai Abu-bilal Al-ashhary, wanda Dara-kudni ya raunana .
Allah ne mafi sani
Don neman Karin bayani duba fatawaa Allajna Adda'imah 2\488.


HUKUNCIN YIN KIRAN SALLAH BA TARE DA TSARKI BA ! !

Assalamu Alaikum, malam ko ya halatta mutumin da yake da janaba ya kira sallah ??
Amsa :
To dan'uwa wasu daga cikin malamai suna cewa tsarki ba sharadi ba ne yayin kiran sallah, saboda babu wani nassi ingantacce wanda ya nuna hakan, don haka ya halatta ga mai janaba, da mai karamin kari su yi kiran sallah, saidai abin da ya fi shi ne yin cikakken tsarki kafin kiran sallah, saboda fadin Annabi s.a.w " Ina kin na ambaci Allah alhali ba ni da tsarki", kamar yadda Abu-dawud ya rawaito a hadisi mai lamba ta :16, kuma Albani ya inganta shi a Sahihu-sunani Abi-dawud 1\16.
Don neman Karin bayani duba : Fathul-bary 3\113 da Majmu'u fataawaa wa makaalatin mutanawwi'a 10\338.


TSAKANI KAFIRI DA MACE MUSULMA, WA ZAN ZABA ?
Tambaya :
Assalamu Alaikum. Na karanta post din da kayi akan Shugabancin Mata, inda ka nuna bai halatta mace ta yi shugabanci ba in ba na gidanta ba, Ina so ka dan yi mana Karin bayani idan aka samu takarar shugabanci tsakanin Kafiri da kuma Mace Musulma, wanne ya kamata mutane su zaba a matsayin Shugaba?
Amsa :
To dan'uwa amsa wannan tambayar yana da wahala, saboda ban ga littafin da ya tattauna mas'alar ba, amma dai na nemi taimakon amsa tambayar wajan babban malaminmu Prof. Muhd Sa'ad Al-yuby, don haka ga bin da zan iya cewa :
Farko dai zaben kafiri haramun ne, saboda fadin Allah madaukakin sarki "Kuma Allah bai sanya wata hanya ba ga kafirai akan muminai" Nisa'i aya ta : 141, hakan sai ya nuna bai halatta musulmai su sanya kafiri ya mulke su ba, Kamar yadda zaben mace a matsayin shugaba shi ma haramun ne saboda hadisin Abu-bakrah inda Annabi s.a.w. yake cewa ; "Duk mutanen da suka sanya mace ta zama shugabarsu, to ba za su rabauta ba" kamar yadda Bukhari ya rawaito shi a hadisi mai lamba ta : 4425, Ibnul-kayyim yana cewa: kore rabauta dalili ne da yake nuna haramcin abu . Bada'i'ul-fawa'id 4\812 .
Saidai kamar yadda malaman shari'a suke cewa : duk lokacin da abubuwa biyu haramtattu suka hadu, ya zama dole sai an aikata daya daga ciki, to sai a dauki wanda ya fi saukin haramci a aikata.
Idan muka kalli manufar shugabanci a musulunci, za mu ga ta kunshi : jagorancin mutane da kuma tsayar da addini, wannan manufar za ta fi tabbatuwa idan aka zabi mace musulma, fiye da kafiri Crister.
Don haka mutukar matar tana da kokari wajan addini, to ita ya fi kamata a zaba, ba don kasancewar ya halatta a zabe ta ba, sai don kawai hakan ya fi saukin haramci, kuma babu yadda za'a yi sai a zauna babu shugaba.
Allah ne mafi sani.
