(104) SHIN YA HALLATA NA YIWA WANI DAWAFI ? (Dr. Jamilu Zarewa)
Tambaya :
salam malam yayata ta jidda ta ce in tambaye ka menene hukuncin yin dawafi ga wani, saboda mutane suna yawan bugowa suna cewa a musu dawafi, kuma ta ce in gaya ma wai don Allah ka amsa a face book, saboda ana bukatar sanin amsar.

Amsa :
To ‘yar’uwa babu wani dalili ingantacce wanda yake inganta yiwa wani dawafi, sannan kuma ba’a samu magabata na kwarai suna yi ba, ga shi kuma dawafi ibada ce, ita kuma ibada ba’a yin ta sai da dalili daga Alqur’ani ko Sunna, amma dai ana iya yiwa wani addu’a lokacin da mutum yake yiwa kansa dawafi.
Akwai dalilai da yawa wadanda suke nuna ingancin yiwa wani Umara ko Hajji, saidai ba’a samu na dawafi a karan kansa ba.
Kiyasin dawafi akan Hajji da Umara ba zai yiwu ba, saboda dawafi tsantsar ibadar jiki ce, hajji da umara kuma ibadu ne da suka hada jiki da dukiya, duk ibadar da ta hada jiki da dukiya, tana amsar wakilci, amma wacce ake yin ta da jiki kawai ba ta amsar wakilci kamar sallah.

Slm malam.Shin ya halatta abi wanda bai samu cikakken jam’i ba sallah? Misali,na zo masallaci na taradda jam’i na sallar asr saura raka’a 2, da aka idar na mike tsaye don karasa raka’a 2 da ta ragemin, sai ga makararre ya sake hada jam’i da ni. Shin wannan jam’in na 2 ya halatta? Idan ya halatta, tare da hujjoji.
Amsa :
To dan’uwa malamai sun yi sabani akan wannan mas’alar zuwa zantuka guda biyu :
Malaman Hanafiyya da Malikiyya, sun tafi akan haramcin hakan, saboda ba’a samu magabata suna yi ba, sannan kuma shi masabuki ba liman ba ne, Annabi s.a.w. kuma ya yi umarni da bin liman ne kawai, sannan hakan zai iya jawowa sallah ta ki karewa, tun da wanda ya bi masabuki, shi ma in ya gama yana ramako wani zai iya zuwa ya bi shi, don haka sai ya haramta . Zancen da ya fi inganci shi ne zance na biyu saboda abin da ya gabata da kuma hadisan da suke nuna falalar sallar jam’i.

(102) SUFRA DA KUDRA DA HUKUNCINSU (Dr. Jamilu Zarewa)
Tambaya : Dan Allah Malam Ina bukatar bayani akan “KUDRA da kuma SUFRAH”, Allah ya saka da Alkhairi.

Amsa : To ‘yar’uwa, Wannan yana daga cikin mas’aloli masu mutukar muhimanci, amma ga abin da ya sawwaka game da hakan :
Sufra na nufin mace ta ga ruwa mai fatsi-fatsi kamar ruwan ciwo, ya fito daga gabanta.
Kudra kuwa na nufin : ruwa ya ringa fitowa daga farjin mace, wanda kalarsa ta ke kasancewa tsakanin fatsi-fatsi da baki wato kamar ruwa gurbatacce,
Dangane da hukuncinsu kuwa : idan daya daga cikinsu ya kasance a tsakiyar haila ne ko kuma yana hade da haila kafin ta sami tsarki to wannan ana saka shi a cikin haila, idan kuma bayan tsarki ne to ba haila ba ne saboda fadin Ummu adiyya mun kasance ba ma kirga sufra da kudra bayan tsarki a cikin haila) Abudawud ya rawaito shi da sanadi mai inganci,

(102) NISABIN ZAKKAR KUDI ! (Dr. Jamilu Zarewa)
Tambaya : Malam don Allah nawa ne nisabin zakka a yanzu ?, saboda ina da wasu ‘yan kudade ne na ke so na sani, ko akwai hakkin Allah a cikin su, Allah ya kara maka albarka a rayuwarka. Amsa :
To dan’uwa amsa wannan tambayar yana da mutukar wahala, saboda ya dogara ne da sanin kudin gram din gwal a kasuwa, ko kuma na azurfa, domin yana daga cikin kuskure rubuta nisabi daya tal ga zakka, har zuwa tsawon shekara guda, kamar yadda wasu suke yi a calendar, saboda gwal yana tashi a kasuwa yana kuma sauka .
