HUKUNCIN JININ BARI
Tambaya :
Assalamu alaikum, malam ina da tambaya, Dan Allah idan mace ta yi barin ciki na wata biyu wannan jinin ya zaka na ciwo ko zata daina azumi sallah
Amsa :
To dan'uwa wannan jini ba zai hana sallah da azumi ba, saboda ba jinin haihuwa ba ne, malamai suna cewa : duk cikin da ya zube kafin halittar mutum ta bayyana, to ba zai hana sallah da azumi ba, halittar mutum tana bayyana ne daga 80-90 daga samuwar ciki, saboda haka duk cikin ya da ya zube kafin haka, to jininsa, ba zai hana sallah ba, ba zai hana azumi ba, amma mutukar an busawa yaro rai ko kuma halittarsa ta fara bayyana, to za'a bar sallah da azumi.
Allah ne mafi sani.

HUKUNCIN YIN DILKA

Tambaya :
Mace taba da jikinta ga mata yan'uwanta don ayi mata wanka saboda kwalliya ko irin dilka da halawa din nan wai haramunne? Ko da ta rufe mamanta da mazaunanta? In haramun ne kenan daga ina zuwa ina ne tsiraicin mace da bai kamata yar'uwarta mace ta gani ba? Jazakallahu khairaljazaaa.

Amsa :

Don haka bai hallata ta bari wata mace ta kalli sama da wannan wurin da aka iyakance ba, amma idan kafira ce matar to malamai sun yi bayani cewa ba za ta kalli wani abu ba, sai abin da ya saba bayyana, don haka sai a kula lokacin da za'a je dilka wajan wacce ba musulma ba, don kada garin neman gira a rasa ido .
Sannan a bisa wannan bayanin da kika yi, dilkar da kika siffanta za ta zama ba ta halatta ba, tun da za'a ga abin da shari'a ba ta hallatata a gani ba.

HADISIN KIRAN SALLAH A KUNNEN YARO BAYAN AN HAIFE SHI BAI INGANTA BA
Jiya na yi rubutu akan hukuncin kiran sallah ga yaran da aka haifa, saidai wasu sun yi magangaanu akai.
Na gode sosai da bayanan wasu daga cikin 'yan'uwa, saidai kamar yadda wasu daga cikinku suka fada addini ba'a yinsa sai da hujja, don haka wadannan hadisai ba su inganta ba, shi ya sa ba za'a iya amfani da su ba, wasu daga cikin malamai sun yi amfani da kyautata hadisin da Albani ya yi, da kuma Tirmizi da ya inganta shi, wannan ne ya sa suke amfani da hadisin, saidai shi Albani ya dawo daga rakiyar hadisin, ga abin da yake cewa : "Na taba kyautata hadisin kiran sallah a kunnen yaro ta hanyar SHAWAHID, saboda ya zo da sanadi mai rauni a wajan Tirmizy, sannan Baihaky ya rawaito shi da wani sanadin mai rauni a Shu'abul iman, to amma lokacin da na koma sanadin Shu'abul iman, sai na ga akwai maruwaita guda biyu wadanda ake zarginsu da karya, wannan ya sa na dawo daga rakiyar kyautata hadisin", saboda a wajan malamai, hadisin da yake akwai MATRUK, wato wanda ake zargi da karya, ba zai karfafi dan'uwansa ba. Allah ne ma fi sani.

TAMBAYA :
DON ALLAH MALAM INA SO A BANBANCE MIN TSAKANIN WADANNAN RUWAYE, WATO : MANIYYI DA MAZIYYI DA WADIYYI
To malam ga bayanin da ya sawwaka a takaice :
1. Maniyyi

WANKAN JANABA
Janaba wani hukunci ne da yake faruwa saboda daya daga cikin abubuwa guda biyu : ko dai mutum ya yi mafarki kuma ya ga maniyyi, ko kuma mutum ya sadu da matarsa, duka wadannan suna wajabta wanka, kuma ya zo a hadisin a'isha cewa : manzon allah idan ya zo wankan janaba yana farawa ne da wanke hannunsa, sannan sai ya wanke farjinsa da hannun hagu, sai kuma ya yi alwala amma ban da wanke kafa, sannan sai ya debi ruwa sau uku ya zuba a gashinsa, bayan haka sai ya zuba a ragowar jikinsa, sannan sai ya wanke kafarsa. Bukari da muslim.

INA SHIRIN YIN AURE, SAI TSOHON MIJINA YA CE DAMA YA YI MIN KOME ?
Tambaya :

Amsa :

Yana daga cikin ka'idojin sharia toshe duk hanyar da za ta kai zuwa barna, idan aka bar abin a bude, wanda yake kin matarsa, zai iya mata mugunta, ta wannan hanyar, hakan yasa malamai suka ce sai ya kawo shaidu za'a gaskata shi, idan kuma bai kawo za ta iya zuwa ta yi auranta .
Saidai wasu malaman suna cewa : idan har matar ta gaskata shi, to ya isa, ko da bai kawo shaidu ba .
